Return & Refund Policy

1. Acceptable Reasons for Return ✅

Returns will be accepted if:

  • A wrong item was delivered

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The product is not functioning upon delivery

  • The item is not as described or has missing parts

2. Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return ❌

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Damage caused by customer mishandling or misuse

  • Issues reported more than 3 days after delivery

  • Used items or items not in their original condition

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided

  • All items are subject to inspection before approval

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue

  4. Wait for our return instructions or pickup schedule

Once the return is approved, we will offer one of the following where applicable:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (processed within 3–7 working days after inspection)
